Service Provider: The massage therapist currently providing physiological activity
Parties: Service Provider and Customer together
Consumer: a natural person acting outside the scope of his profession, independent occupation or business activity
Consumer contract: a contract, one of the subjects of which is considered a consumer
Booking or Contract or Order: A sales contract concluded between the Service Provider and the Customer using the Website and electronic mail
Website: this website, which serves to conclude the contract
Booking interface: a third-party solution used by this website, which is operated by www.onlinefoglalas.hu (https://onlinefoglalas.hu/). Relevant GTC: https://onlinefoglalas.hu/altalanos-szerzodesi-feltetelek/
A device enabling communication between distant parties: a device that is suitable for making a contractual declaration in the absence of the Parties – in order to conclude a contract. Such a device is in particular a form with or without an address, a standard letter, an advertisement published in a press product with an order form, a catalog, a telephone, a fax and a device providing Internet access.
Distance contract: a Consumer contract concluded within the framework of a distance selling system organized for the provision of the product or service under the contract, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Parties, in such a way that in order to conclude the contract, the Contracting Parties use exclusively a means of communication between distant parties
Service or Product: a service offered on the Website, intended for sale on the Website, which is the subject of the Contract
Enterprise: a person acting in the scope of his profession, independent occupation or business activity
Buyer/You: a person concluding a contract by making an offer to purchase via the Website
Guarantee: In the case of contracts concluded between a consumer and a business (hereinafter referred to as: Consumer Contract) in accordance with the Civil Code,
a) a guarantee for the performance of the contract, which the business voluntarily undertakes for the proper performance of the contract in excess of its statutory obligation or in the absence thereof, and
b) a guarantee based on statutory mandatory warranty

Scope and acceptance of the GTC
The content of the contract concluded between us is determined by these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC), in addition to the provisions of the relevant binding legal regulations. Accordingly, these GTC contain the rights and obligations of you and us, the conditions for the conclusion of the contract, the deadlines for performance, the payment terms, the liability rules, and the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
The technical information required for the use of the Website, which is not contained in these GTC, is provided by other information available on the Website.
You are required to familiarize yourself with the provisions of these GTC before finalizing your order.
Prices
The prices are in HUF, with 0% VAT due to the Service Provider's VAT exemption. The prices are for informational purposes only. The possibility that the Service Provider may modify the prices for business policy reasons cannot be excluded. The modification of prices does not apply to Reservations that have already been made. If the price was indicated incorrectly and a Reservation has been received for the service, but the Parties have not yet concluded a contract, the Service Provider shall proceed in accordance with the "Procedure for incorrect price" section of the GTC.
Complaints handling and legal remedies

The consumer may communicate his/her complaint to the company orally or in writing, which concerns the conduct, activity or omission of the company or the person acting in the interest or on behalf of the company directly related to the distribution or sale of the goods to consumers.
If a potential consumer dispute between the Service Provider and the consumer is not resolved during negotiations, the following legal remedies are open to the consumer:
Filing a complaint with the consumer protection authorities. If you notice a violation of your consumer rights, you are entitled to file a complaint with the consumer protection authority competent for your place of residence. After assessing the complaint, it decides on the conduct of the consumer protection procedure. The first-instance consumer protection authority tasks are performed by the capital and government offices competent for the consumer's place of residence, a list of which can be found here: https://www.kormanyhivatal.hu/ Court proceedings. The customer is entitled to enforce his claim arising from a consumer dispute before the court in civil proceedings in accordance with the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CXXX of 2016 on the Code of Civil Procedure.
We inform you that you may file a consumer complaint against us. If your consumer complaint is rejected, you are also entitled to contact the Conciliation Board competent for your place of residence or location: the condition for initiating the conciliation board procedure is that the consumer attempts to resolve the dispute directly with the company concerned. The procedure is initiated - upon the consumer's request - by the competent body of the conciliator who has indicated the consumer's request instead of the competent body.
The company is obliged to cooperate in the conciliation board procedure.

Our company is not subject to any code of conduct under the Act on the Prohibition of Unfair Commercial Practices Against Consumers.

The process of booking an appointment
Choosing a service
The desired massage is offered for the available services. Massage descriptions can be found here: https://www.balener.com/szolgaltatasok/. The price of the services can be found here: https://www.balener.com/arlista/, the price and the length of the service in time are also included in the map at the same time as the service. In the event of booking a service, the actors listed on the website must be paid.
Select a colleague
After selecting the given service, select the Service Provider. You can only choose from the Service Providers that provide the given service. This is necessary to return to the service.
Select a time
You can choose from the available times available from the given service provider. You can manage one Booking at a time. This is necessary to return to the colleague.
Enter data
For electronic feedback (email), please enter your email address. For contact, please enter your telephone (mobile) access.
Enter the account number to include the data to be included on the invoice in accordance with legal requirements: Full name (surname and first name, address data: city, postal code and street/house number/floor).
onlinefoglalas.hu is responsible for storing and managing the data. The data provided for issuing the invoice is used exclusively for contact and issuing the invoice, accessed through the onlinefoglalas.hu solution.
This is necessary to return to the time.
Review, finalization (offer)
The reservation process is finalized by accepting the selected service, employee, date and time, and the HUF amount to be paid on site. Due to the provision of personal data, the onlinefogalas.hu Data Management Information must be accepted.
If you are convinced that the content of the Reservation corresponds to the service you wish to order and that your data is correct, you can close your order by clicking the "BOOKING" button. The information provided on the website does not qualify as an offer to conclude a contract on the part of the Service Provider. In the case of orders subject to these GTC, you are considered the offeror.
By clicking the "BOOKING" button, you expressly acknowledge that your Reservation is to be considered made and that your statement - in the event of confirmation by the Service Provider in accordance with these GTC - entails a payment obligation. You are bound by your offer for a period of 48 hours. If your offer is not confirmed by the Service Provider within 48 hours according to these general terms and conditions, you are released from the obligation to make an offer.
If necessary, you can withdraw from entering the data.
Finalization of the reservation, conclusion of the contract
At the end of the reservation, the system generates a reservation number. We will also send a confirmation email about the reservation from noreply@onlinefoglalas.hu (sender name: "Balener iroda"). You will find the reservation number in the email together with the following information:

Date and time of the service
Duration of the service
Price of the service
Location of the service
You can place your order at any time. The Service Provider will confirm your offer by email no later than the working day following the sending of your offer. The contract is concluded when the confirmation email sent by the Service Provider becomes available to you in your email system.
Payment options and process
Payment is made on site. The invoice is issued based on the data provided at the time of booking. The invoice is prepared by the Billingo system by automatically transmitting the data stored by onlinefoglalas.hu.
You can use the following payment options on site:
Bank Transfer
You can pay for the service by bank transfer.
Payment by bank card
You can pay securely with a bank card via a Mypos terminal.
Cash payment
You can also pay for the service in cash, in HUF.
Procedure in case of incorrect price
The following are considered to be clearly incorrectly indicated prices:
- a price of 0 HUF,
- a price reduced by a discount, but which incorrectly indicates the discount (e.g.: in the case of a service of 1000 HUF, the service is offered for 500 HUF despite indicating a 20% discount).
In the event of an incorrect price, the Service Provider offers the possibility of purchasing the product at the real price, with which information the Customer can decide whether to order the service at the real price or cancel the order without any adverse legal consequences.
Validity periods:
Gift cards can be used until the specified expiration date.
Appointments booked with the Service Provider can be modified or canceled 24 hours before the booked time without obligation.
- In the case of appointments booked with the Service Provider, if the Customer does not show up for the appointment or cancels 2 hours before the booked appointment, the Service Provider is entitled to the consideration indicated in the reservation (in HUF), which the Customer will learn about at the time of booking, and the Customer may not complain.
If the cancellation is made 12 hours before the booked appointment, the Service Provider is entitled to 50% of the consideration indicated in the reservation (in HUF), which the Customer will learn about at the time of booking, and the Customer may not complain.
- In the case of appointments booked with the Service Provider, if the Customer shows up late for the appointment, the Service Provider is entitled to consider providing the service depending on the reservations and its workload, which may result in the following cases:
- In the event of a significant delay, the service cannot be provided because the reserved time slot no longer allows for reasonable provision of the service, even partially.
In case of a minor delay, the service cannot be provided in full, for which the Service Provider is not responsible.
In case of delays, the Customer is responsible for paying the full amount known at the time of booking, and the Customer cannot make a complaint.
In each case, the Service Provider may consider each case individually.
Right to cancel and withdraw from the reservation
The Buyer has the right to cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the reserved time of the service, based on Section 20 of Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.
The right to cancel/withdraw can be exercised using the "Modify" or "Cancel" functions in the confirmation email or by contacting us.
The order of the service is understood to be when the Buyer books the appointment on the Website via the Booking interface and receives a notification email from noreply@onlinefoglalas.hu. The Entrepreneur is not responsible if the Buyer's email system forwards the notification email to the "spam" folder or does not accept it and it escapes the Buyer's attention.
Modification of the GTC
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the GTC in whole or in part at any time.
Final provisions
Termination of the contract
The Customer may request termination of the contract at any time, which the Service Provider will acknowledge after verifying the Customer's identity. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract if the Customer does not comply with the provisions of these GTC. The Service Provider draws the Customer's attention to the fact that even after the termination of the contract, it will store the Customer's previous orders and the issued tax documents and invoices containing the Customer's data, taking into account the provisions of tax legislation.
